o yeah i guess i should of wiped off the compound better before pics hehe owell you get the look , also i got the heel toe shifter things also how the hell do you remove the old ones i tried twisting them no luck?

What was your question about the heel, toe??

its a 05 , i dont know how the stock heel toe shifter pegs come out , looks like they just turn out but no luck? thx guys

I had to grab onto the stock rubber shifter pegs with a pair of pliers and twist them off. They're on pretty tight.

Yeah I think I ruined my stock heel toe shifters when I used vise grips to get them off. Blue locktight on the new ones did the trick.
