Hey guys, just looking for any insight and reviews on the Lepera Bare Bones passenger pillion deluxe. I already have the bare bones solo seat and am taking the old lady on a long ride (1500 miles week trip). Is the passenger pillion more comfy than the stock badlander seat off my night train? thanks for any advice!
Yes my wife said it's better then the org vag splitter that came with my train. But you gonna have to stop a lot, doing 1500 milesto rest both your a$$es...
Just curious, is the barebones solo seat a ton worse than the stock badlander or is it pretty close to the same? I like the looks of it a lot but was concerned with how my posterior would would hold up on longer rides, like 800 - 900 miles. I ride from here to Dallas about every 2 or 3 months (almost 900 miles) non-stop and it's a killer, haha. Thanks for any input.
haha vag splitter, nice! thanks for the input story, i think that i will order one tomorrow, and give my wifes vag a break. haha.
To Rellikdnert question, i just put the bare bones on this winter, so i started out the year with it. I gave someone a ride one day so i put the stock seat back on ('08 night train), and it felt like i was sitting on a pillow compared to the bare bones. I do have it with the gel which is actually supposed to make it firmer. So you will be giving up some comfort in my opinion. I think the bare bones also sits you back an inch and down an inch more than the badlander. Hope that helps

hurf... I have a lepera pillion... it only been used twice BUT theres a hole in it... I was drilling hole in the metal under the seat and on the last of 4 holes I went through the the seat covering... haha I felt sick but you know how it goes.
If you want it I would let it go for 30.00 bucks shipped? Let me know
btw it was for my 05 softail with the 150 back tire
Thanks story that is a dynamite deal, but i ordered the pillion deluxe which is a little wider for her. It cost me a lot more than 30 bucks but i think it will pay itself off without the wining in my ear when i am trying to enjoy a nice ride
It's cool man... My wife used it 2 times and I was goona put some suction cups on the bottom and on the last hole I was drilling under the seat "bam" right through it leather... LMAO Maybe I'll make a bench out of it... lol I think I paid like a $120.00 for it... wtf
btw... They never stop whinning... get a IPOD... haha
