Default FXSTC Handlebars on a FXST

Im looking to buy an 07 FXST my question is this, will the stock handlebars off a FXSTC fit directly on a Standard that currently has all the stock parts on it? Does anyone know if the wiring and clutch and brake cable are all the same length?

If you're keeping the stock pullback risers, you will need a longer brake line. Everything else will be a stretch, but do able. With short risers, it will be a perfect fit.

Ive got the FXSTC set up on my 2006 standard, best mod Ive made so much more comfortable, you will need a new front brake line the rest of the cables will be fine. Once I had the FXSTC I found they were so nice I swapped them for the chubby versions

Awesome, thanks for the reply. Do you happen to know how much over stock you went with the brake cable?

I had the dealer do the exact same thing to my 06 FXST. They used the stock cables which are plenty long enough and a 6" electrical wiring extension, but I can't remember if they had to replace the brake line. I like them a lot better than the stock bars.

Ive just measured and its 47 1/2 inches including the banjos, If I were to do it again I would add 1/2 inch so i could get it closer to the curve of the bars
