Carburetor over flowing non stop
97 Bad Boy, Keihen CV carb, rejetted, new gaskets, new accelerator pump, the only part i did not change is the float valve pin, carb just keeps dumping gas through the overflow hose, Im figuring its the float level and pin, any help suggestions comments are appreciated and yes I have a service manual. Float is set too high or there is trash in the needle and seat. Turn off petcock and run it out of gas a few times...sometimes when you open the petcock the rush of gas will clear the needle.
