Check this out for 68 bucks its not that bad. I had to put it in a vise with some rags and none of the chrome peeled and there are very few scratches... not bad at all..this fit perfect on my back and it does not move a lot like firehousecustom backrest did for me. Hope this is helpful.
and this is the before picture ... I am not sure if some were not able to see it before but here it is now.. everything in the google link is after putting it through vise and the imbedded pic is before like I got it
I cant answer that for you but there are very limited driver backrest that are out there that you can use with stock seats or with seats with no backrest... I am just saying that matazu driver back rest might not be perfect when you recieve it but you can make it fit you... I ordered firehousecustom and I did not like it ... I gave up and then I saw this one and for 68 bucks thought i will give it a shot and so far I am happy with the results... its just one additional choice thats all this is about choice..
Okay, as I earlier posted I installed my backrest last week. Well after doing the required adjustments to the bracket. The wife and I spent all day Sunday riding, as far as I'm concerned that was the best 68 bucks I've spent on my bike. I stayed comfortable in the saddle all day. Moves me a little forward on the seat but I'm on the cushy part so it's all good. I did remove the cushon bolts and loc tited them (just a precaution). The backrest does give some but I like that too. I stated before that you get what you pay for well after spending a couple hundred miles in the saddle with the backrest I have to say it's well worth the $68 it cost (just my opinion).
