I think as soon as it cools down just a tad I'll give it a go after if it gets messed up could always order another one just shorter. The only reason I want to cut it down is for when it's raining out I have to strain just a little to see over the top of it. Could always add an inch of fat on my ****?

 

I've cut mine twice, and included pics in both threads I started.
