I sold my deluxe. The bags are 42S1. They are 900 plus shipping new. I want 700 shipped in the US. They were used one year. Great shape. THis is from the bossbags website...They will not work with stock pipes, bags are too big to clear the pipes. These are awesome bags. Get me your email and i'll send pics.
42 Bags are made out of 100% leather, and heavy plastic reinforced sides, bottom, back, and lid. All #42 bags come with an inside pocket sewn in the inside (see pic at bottom of this page). Quick disconnect buckle straps, and quick disconnect from the bike. Two pieces (similar to airhose couplers) mounted on the flat back of the saddlebag click on and off of two stainless steel nipples on the #42 bracket. In contrast to the #34, the #42 is larger and leaves a black bracket on the bike. If you plan to ride more often with your saddlebags on than off, the #42 may be a better buy. Needless to say, BOSS BAGS are the strongest leather saddlebags on the market, and will always hold their shape
yep i sold the HD and bought a SSHHHHHHHHH.......suzuki dl650.
I'll be buying another HD this winter or next spring. Just fun to try something completely different once in a while. This bike is pretty much the opposite of my deluxe. It's light, ugly, skinny and tall.
It handles unbelievably though and can do some trail riding if it doesn't get too rough. I guess I'll sell it once I've had my limit of speeding tickets.
i'm in canada. i got 17800 canadian for it with about 20,000km on it. I stripped it right down, no accessories on it other than the pipes and stage 1. Yep, was an 05.
