Well since i had no feedback on the bolts i will share what i did. I went to my local chopper shop and purchased chrome socket cap screws 7/16-14-1.75". They fit perfectly! The HD chrome kit was about 1" to long. So they will not fit at all. Wish i would have known before i started my change out...lol.
Also with the SS pulley on a 09' Deluxe a .5" pulley spacer aligns everything great.

Pulley looks great. The bolts I used came in the set of rotors, pulley, .5" spacer and bolts I got from an Ebay seller. They look very similar to yours and my indy had no issues with the length.
A buddy had them back out on a DNA pulley so when he got it all fixed he marked each pulley bolt with a paint pen so he can make sure they are not going anywhere. When the pulley bolts broke, it trashed his swing arm and rear wheel hub.

So did your buddy use locktight...hmmmm. Also did he use grade 8+ bolts? Didn't you have the same pulley problem with your bike? I remember a while ago you posten somethen about a broken pulley...
DNA sends out 1.5" screw of which i used 1.75"ers....Also i gobbed lock tight on every screw. And gorrilla torqued the **** out of them. I don't think they are going anywhere.
These pulleys look great! I had no idea there was about a 1" dish on the front of them. I like!
