Default Problem with how the cables are installed

Once again need some advise,

I just noticed on my '06 FLSTCI, the black covering on the plastic throttle/idle cables is cracked and showing the steel underneath. It is where the cables bend when completing a full right turn of the handlebars. Also, the front brake cable is marring the right side of the chrome side cover. This should not happen, so do you think the dealer installed (ran) the cables wrong? Before calling the dealer on Tuesday, I thought I would ask you guys.

I went with all braided stainless steel cables and hoses on my '06 Heritage Classic. I hate the stock black cables and hoses. Just my .02
