Hello, I´m a new HD biker, just bought a 06 Deluxe a couple of months ago. I like the bike, but I´m 22 and want something less classic and a bit more agressive,
By the looks I like the Softail Duece, the Softail Standard or the Dyne Wide Glide.
Can anyone help me make a better decision about one of those three?
I think you would be totally satisifed with a Wide Glide. Because it doesn't have the counter balanced engine, it has a little more zip than the Softails. Plus the 2007's have mini apes and look pretty cool.
Hello Lauro, I'm glad you've decided to join this site. A very friendly community as I told you, you will find in here very valuable information.
You can make your Deluxe a bad *** ride aswell. Just take a look of Teshore and Nikonf8 Deluxes... But if you mean agressive in a more chopper riding position then I follow perfectly.
My first choice would be a Softail standard, since it is a sweet plattform ride to go crazy in custom with... Then my second choice would be the Deuce, you can easily have access to ride a Deuce (perhaps a Blue Screamin' Eagle one if you know what I mean... -local joke guys- ) and see how it handles.
Good luck with your choice man. See you Thursday at the HOG meeting.
Ohh men!! ,, after looking to Glenn´s and both of Brian´s duece I think there might be a winner hahaha.
All of them have the bass *** look I´m looking for, but besides the great look, which I think is better, can you tell me any technical info why is the duece a better option??
Ain't nothing finer than a Deuce , unless you go custom ! A little harder to customize as parts are for " FXSTD ONLY " , but worth the extra effort to track down parts .
