Sorry guys.

I don't know what I was doing wrong.
Watched the video again and again, kept doing what it said in the video and it finally came together. I was about to pay someone to fix it, glad all the local shops where closed today.

All I can say is, stick with it.

Thanks again for all the help and support.
I am by no means an expert but I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Went out for a test ride, only problem I encountered was a loose left grip.
Came off in my hand while going down the road.
Just a note: loctite is your friend on this one.

I was doing it wrong. Had the derby cover off and was not adjusting the pressure right. I just kept redoing it until I figured it out.

Yep, that was an eye opener.
I just took it off and stuck it in my pocket.
Stopped by and saw a friend at his work and borrowed a allen wrench.

Thanks Drew for all the help.

Thanks Ron, you're always welcome here.

I still miss my Train but not as much now that I got the bars on.

BTW, I also love the PM grips, nice and comfy.
