I never had the transmission cover off were the clutch cable clips on. It's not real clear in my service manual but it appears to just snap into the hook. Is it even possible for the ***** to drop out when you put the new cable on? Do the ape's fill much different in turns at normal highway speeds? Glad you go it fixed.
