Well, I am still in the hunt for a new exhaust system for my 2011 Heritage. I have researched so many articles these days on the what you need to make a simple exhaust change.
I think I know what type of pipes I like ...BSS (V&H), Stage 1 A/C from V&H. The problem is deciding between the commander or HD race tuner.
So if I could get some pros and cons between the 2 I would appreciate the help. Or if you have another suggestion as to what might be better.
Is the power commander easy to install or will I need to have a mechanic do it?
Ive had both and have the power commander v on my ultra. PCV is plug and play. Call Jamie at FuelMoto, a sponser on this site. Tell him the pipes and bike and air cleaner and they may already have a map for it.
Superchips is coming out with a tunner for Harleys . I have first hand info on this as they are a vendor on a ram forum I run . If the SC programmer is as good the one as the one in my Hemi Im in good shape .

I agree, I love my power commander V. very easy to install, call Jamie @ fuelmotousa.com, give him your specs & he will downlowd the program into it, all you have to do is plug it in.
Another fan of the Power Commander. I've had both the III and V and both were plug and play once you loaded the map (or have the map pre-loaded if you buy from Fuel Moto). Excellent product.
