Sorry BD - I have the Legends Air ride - love it - no problems, I have heard some folks complaining about their kits lately though - Mine is a couple years old. Someone recommended Platinum Air Systems as well - don't know anything about them but I do know I like my Legends.

Try this link. It's the kit I used. Easy install, no bottoming ( even 2 up). May have stiffened the ride a little, may be my imagination. If you got the cash those air systems are pretty cool but the kit I used was only $100.

i have the burnout cycles kit, love it no cons whatso ever other than of course air ride would be nice but for the price you cant beat the burnout kit.
pros... bike looks great i think, rides at least as good as before and with 2 up and a full t-bag no bottoming out and its cheap

Ill probably go with the Ness kit just becuase I ride a bike (friends Fatboy) that has that kit and it rides good. I did not notice a differance of before and after!

With your rear fender I think it looks tons better lowered!

Just my .02

I have had the Ness kit on for a few years. It is fine for me. Lowered ~1.75"

Hey BD!
I've got the progressive stem kit. Works well and I get at least 2 inches
of lowering. But ultimately if you want the best possible kit. Go with the
air ride like Voodoo has. Cost more but you also get a hell of alot more.

I went with the progressive kit as well.. works fine.. I'm still at about 1" lower and adjusted up preload.. I can barely tell the difference in ride. I'm probably going to drop it another 1/4" to 1/2" max. It's subtle but does improve the looks and feel of the bike.. Going back to a higher seat (mustang) from a little Lepera solo seat, the rear end lowering brought the seat height back to where it was but with a more comfortable ride from the better seat.
