08 softail deluxe pcv install problems?

I just got my pcv from fuelmoto and i would sure like to know how to make it fit. The directions say that you have to unbolt the ecu and slide it up the fender but it's in a plastic tray in the fender on the 08s and can't move it. Fuelmoto isn't open till Tues.

You can get a deeper tray to replace the one that is currently there. I avhe the deeper tray with mine and it works fine. I have the PCIII velcroed to the top of the ECM.

Drew do you have the tray? There is no room in that area period?

My PC-V from Fuelmoto came with a deeper tray. But, I didn't think the PC-V was for anything older than '09' bikes. Not sure about that though. My PC sits on top just ahead of the battery. I believe the Heritage and Deluxe use the same set-up.

I installed the PCV from Fuelmoto on a 07 Heritage last year, and the deeper tray comes in the box they sent. Ordered the same PCV for wife's 10 Heritage and it also came with the deeper tray in the box. That was installed last month. With both installs the PC unit sits on top of the battery.
