Cool Changing fork oil

Changing fork oil on "09 Heritage and will us new washers, top and bottom, and new drain plug screws as directed. Do you use loctite on top and/or bottom plugs ? Factory had 'em way over torqued, I think. Had a hard time locating a 1 & 3/8" tool for top bolts. Marked one top bolt so will dress "em up with the 3 piece hot topper kit.

No. If anything, I would use anti-seize (in fact, I did when I just changed my sliders and fluid recently). The crush washer (use new ones) on the drain screw will both seal and inhibit back off, and the tube caps are under tension so they are not going anywhere.
