Here are some pics of my winter mods, and also a mock up (PS) of how it will emerge after winter. The mock up has the back lowered ( I have Progressive 422's that I need to install) and also an 18" front wheel that I'm toying with.
If you're gonna change the wheels, you might as well do some fat spokes. If you're anything like me, you want a 18 or 21 inch fat spoke wheel....then you look at cheaper options...then you end up going with what your first instinct was!

If I change the wheels, I'd be getting an 18" Sinister Billet Daddy's.
I definitely like the rear lowered the way you have it mocked up. Wonder if rubbing would be an issue. Not so sure i like the 18 with the whites walls on the front. Personally, I think the 16 looks better especially with Ridewright Fat Daddys.
