fuel injection with manual choke?

Default fuel injection with manual choke?
I saw a fat boy 2006 today that had a manual choke. The dealer told me it had fuel injection too. I'm no techie but this sounds odd to me. Or is it plausible?

This is highly unlikely. He probably didn't know what he was talking about.

Don't ask him any more hard questions like that.
He may hurt himself trying to answer.

If it has a choke, it has a carburetor. 06 is the last
year for carbs on Softail's (all of em maybe)

Sad sad day !!

not unlikey, impossible, FI uses longer injection times during cold start for fuel enrichment, no choke on any efi bike. At least harley bikes

I would find it hard to believe anything else he tells you!

Next time ask him to explain how that would work.....maybe if he could pull off the A/C he could show you?

Don't ask him to pull off the A/C.. he'll tell you this model doesn't have air conditioning...

There were some older Victory models like that, but I've never seen a Harley like that. If it does, it's some sort of aftermarket FI.

The stupid shop I bought my heritage from swore up and down it was Fuel Injection. I could tell by the pics with the choke **** and the top of the CV carb. I was happy that it was a carb but just goes to show how dumb people are. And to think they get paid to sell this stuff.

On the Victory it was just a high Idle cable, did not have a choke either
