The dealer I am getting my bike through said to let the first one sell and come back. They are jacking up the price on the first one because its the first one they are selling to someone. 3 dealers now and they all have the Orange and black two tone.

Thanks for replies ,,,a wide rear tire is a good look ,,,and i think the slim look gives it a vintage appearance apposed to the drag look,,,,I like them both,,,,,I just need this ins.co to be over so i can get on with my life,,,

heres pictures of the horror

Man, your bike got cooked. Sad day for you for sure. Hope all goes well for you.

Lost whole house with attached garage. Was your garage detached? My garage was heavily smoke and water damaged. The house was cooked.

Here's a few pics of my horror. Escaped with my life, wife, 2 dogs and 4 bikes at 2 am.

My shed was about 25 ft from my house ,,only attached to the house by a alum canopy,,
Sofar its seems to be going fairly ,,,progressive insurance is great to deal with,,,with all the custom parts covered ,,,and customer service is treating me better than my best of family ,,,

Im really liking the blackline the more i look at it,,,theres a great looking bike in there,,

Sry for you loss ,,It must be terrible to lose your house good news is you all got out safely,,,including the bikes ,,,

I am getting a Fat Boy Lo, but I don't care for the big bulky console on the tank, so the salesman showed me the Blackline and said they could swap the tank from that to the FBL. I do like the look of the tank on that one, and it is slightly larger. I'm not sure if I want to do that or find a different custom option, perhaps with a single gas cap in the center.

I'm sorry for your losses and dirtnaps! I can't imagine that really, that just sucks guys. I hope it all comes back to you 10 fold!

On a lighter side; ok, I was impressed enough that you and you're wife were able to ride two of your bikes away from the fire, but how did you train your dogs to ride the other two bikes?

Man those pictures are hard to look at. I can't even begin to imagine. That is horrible. Just glad you are ok and the bike will be replaced with something more badass than before.

Blackline is growing on me as well. If I can't find a Night Train my shortlist is Blackline, Cross Bones and possibly a Deluxe. Least they are all in the Softrain family.

Looks like the Blackline is very similar to my old 2001 fxst (front and rear tires) but with an updated engine. I loved that bike but the narrow front tire would track along in the road grooves. Very disconserting. Just had to learn to stay out of them. My tastes have changed now and I like the look of beefier rubber, and looks like changing the bars will be an expensive proposition. Just my opinion.

i think the blacline would look good if they can swap the tank for the fatboy low's tank.

maybe new bars. i dont really care for the orig tank and bars on it.
