Post um' up. What are my options? Plan on adding the Tri-Bar LED to the 08 train and add a swingarm/axle plate bracket to hide my 5" Leatherworks bag. I am pretty sure my state wants a light on it to illuminate the tag(may overlook that though). Any help here without going through the 15 threads?! Thanks in advance.

My swingarm mounted Roto-Plate. Dennis also makes an axle mount.
I chose the swingarm mount since CA law requires the plate to be mounted a minimum of 12" off the ground.
Since CA also made it illegal to run a vertical plate, a simple rotate has it legal again.
Mine is wired up as an auxiliary brakelight.

I'd search your state DMV motorcycle laws. Ind. might allow a vertical plate still. Traveling out of state might be a hassle if johnny law is having a bad day.
I added a Cycle Visions eliminator when I got my solo bag. Here it is with my Full saddlebags. It incorporates signals, taillight and plate holder into one with extremely bright LED's that flash when you hit the brakes as well. A very slick unit indeed.
as well as being slick, it keeps the license plate at a legal location and height.
