I have a 2009 Softail Deluxe and I have the Harley Goodies floorboard extentions. I was wondering what would be the best route to go in reagrds to Highway pegs. Will the Kuryakyn Mark IV work with the floorboard extensions? Or should I change out the floorboards and buy a set of the Kuryakyn Flip Blades. What do yall think, and what would be more comfortable while crusing. I am 6'0" if that matters. Thanks everyone.
I just bought a set of mark IV, and after reading up on them a little, I think maybe if you went with the bigger ones it should work. You'd probably want those ones anyways if you're 6'. I can't really tell you what they're like yet though since the snow hasn't melted enough to get my bike home yet...

I have the Harley Goodies floor board extentions on my FatBoy. I also had the Mark IVs (extended version) for about a year. I am 6'4" and I just could not get them adjusted to my liking. I tried a couple different sets of pegs and still they did not work for me. I eventually sold them and bought the HD mustache engine guard and put highway pegs on it and now I am happy. I thought real hard about the flip blades also, but I really wanted to stretch my legs out more not spread them apart more so that is why I went with the engine guard.
So would you guys recommended just getting a engine guard with some highway pegs. I bought the Kuryakyn Mark III's thinking its was going to work, but after I bought them I realized they will not fit with my type of floor board pan. I guess 09 an up floor boards chaged. So if anybody is looking at getting a Mark III with pegs I have a set that I will set for cheap. Just let me know.
