It fits the back mount holes, the issue is it has a mount that should be under the nose of the fender, a Heritage has the light there so it can be bolted up. What most of us have done is bolt it up at the back and epoxy it under the nose of the fender in the front. Teflon

I have a couple of layers of two sided tape under it. It won't stay stuck for long but it's not needed for support, just to keep it from rattling or buzzing.
