Default Springer Risers

Can anyone tell me the difference between the springer risers from the Evo generation and the risers on the newer springers? I've got a 95 Bad Boy with black risers that were hacked up by the previous owner. Those risers are no longer available and a search of every dealer in the country turned up only one. The Crossbones has black risers, but the two bikes carry two different part numbers. Can the Crossbones risers be made to fit the 95 springer? Thanks.

I think all the H-D Springers from 88 to present use the 5/8x18 thread mounts. Pretty much interchangeable. They will not interchange with the Paughco and DNA springers which use the 1/2x20 threads though. The height or cap style may have changed over the years and that could be why there are different part numbers, but I bet any H-D Springer risers (88-up) will bolt to your forks just fine.
