See if local dealers have any with aftermarket seats in their pre-owned inventory to sit on to compare your reach (or find a Night Train to see if the badlander improves your reach). I know the stocker is a thick padded comfy couch, but not the best. I only sat on mine in the showroom and garage before I put the badlander on, never rode it with the stocker. Should be able to find used seats, and Badlander take-offs from the Night Train crowds. I just put the sissy back on mine this winter with an HD sissy pad to have somewhere to strap stuff like beer to it.
