Somethings just not right

oh, one more thing worth mentioning... At the end of last season, I had the inner primary cover replaced. It had cracked, and they said they also had to replace the clutch bearing (I think that's what they replaced) and I only rode the bike 5 miles to where I store it for the winter, so the problem might have started then, and I really wouldn't have noticed it.

OK, so the dealer got around to looking it over today, and by that I mean he adjusted the belt guard and told me my brake pads had to be replaced soon. So I suggested maybe they actually take the primary cover off. Oh, and I was wrong, it was a bushing they replaced... the one that goes at the end of the clutch between the primary cover. My guess is that they replaced it with a bad one or put it in wrong. That would explain the vibration.
