Right.. one relay is for the low, the second for the high beam.
Could have had the low beam pass thru the center connector (87a) of just one relay,
with the high beam switch closing the relay and switching to high beam.. but I preferred to use two relays.
And yes, I'm putting a 15 amp fuse between the battery and the relays.

It comes in two versions. ’00-’05 and ’06-later softail.. depending on rear tire/fender size.
I have an ’03, which would normally take the narrower 00-05 bracket. But the bracket is designed to set flush up against the fender, and I have two 1/8” brackets on each side of the fender that fit inboard of the Detachable Two-Up Tour-Pak Mounting Rack. This means a full 1/2 inch wider than the narrow bracket. So I got the bracket for the 06 and later bikes, about 2” wider, and had a 1 1/8 inch section cut out and welder together. Then I had the mount powder coated black.
