Heritage Softail backfire upon start up

Default Heritage Softail backfire upon start up
I have a 2005 Heritage Softail Classic with EFI. The bike occasionally backfires once upon start up. This only happens after sitting for a while and never occurs while running.
Any suggestions on a fix?

My 2010 Crossbones does the same thing, just found if I start it right before the fuel pump finishes its priming It dosn't do it.

Do you have a power commander or other aftermarket tuner? Dealer Download? Carb or EFI?

If you are running a Power Commander: I was told by Fuel Moto that there is no need to wait on the 'ready light' before starting. I just turn on the key and hit the button. Otherwise, I don't think it's a big thing. I hear a lot of other bikes do it as well.

Yes the bike have a power commander module. Also I will try starting the bike as soon as the key is turned on.

Also, try without the power commander hooked up and see what happens.
