As some of you know, I pride myself on having a LO ride. To the point to where it is even tattooed on my sled, "SLAMD LO". I usually ride it around about 1 1/2"s above slammed.
I was riding with some friends today going around a 1/4 mile bend in the road doing about 50mph. I thought it was my boards scaping and after we stopped a few miles later, my friend said there where sparks flying 5' up and 20' long. I wish I had it on video, anyway I didn't know it was scraping my pipes until this evening while cleaning my sled.
You can't see it unless your looking under it. I guess I'm going to have to get those Yaffee skift blowers I've been wanting this fall. Darn!
they sho look sweet sittin still, but ya sho can't ride em like that
what pipe ya throwin on there next ?
Yaffee skirt blowers. These will make it till fall, you can't see this damage unless your laying under bike as I was. Plus I do have adjustable air ride, so I'll be bumping it up a bit.
dunno dude...the Yaffs are sure cool, but it looks like the low point on the yaffees (the horizontal) is about as low as the end of the radius....oh wait...just hit me...you now have a good excuse to GET the yaffs...excellent..ride on!

daaaammn bro that sucks.. i like the SkirtBlowers a lot except for the ends of them..if they had some sort of an end that didn't flare out like that i think they'd be pretty bad.
What about a Martin Bros. Zoombie? That would look amazing PC'd black.
My fat cat has a nice bit of road rash on the bottom. Cant see it unless under the bike like yours. The fat cat muffler is so beefy, the muffler didn't really dent, just scraped. Those mufflers are built like a tank.
