Local chopper shop owned by a brother Marine quoted me $600 total including bars, extras and labor.
After looking at the install and with my bad luck working on bikes, I'll probably have him mount my set of Todd's Cycle bars.

That is an awesome price! My bars, cables, gaskets and fluids were $500 and then the dealership wanted to charge an extra $600 for the install! That right there convinced me to do it myself.

Did mine but again never had to go into tranny or change cables. I timed it- 3 hours and ? beers. Cut the wires and spliced/solderd in 6" extra in case I go with something different down the road. Running the wires in the bars was really very simple and went smooth. Worst part is the controls on the bars-that is where all the work is. I HATE DOING THE CONTROLS!!!!!

Thanks ya'll for the advice. Even though it would only cost around 2-300, which sounds pretty good from what ya'll have said, I think I'm gonna really try doing it myself. Gonna make sure I do all the homework, I still have to order the set up too. Which I should be ordering in the next 2-3 weeks.

Cpt.Morgan, I'm definitely going to hit you up if I hit a snag or just have general questions, thanks!

Man I have a set of bars coming off my bike... You might need cables but that is it. I have 16 inch apes and they are already all internally wired with chrome levers, chrome controls, chrome crips, HD risers the works.. I got a whole new set of bars so that is why I will be selling these... hopefully they will be off the bike this week. Let me know if you are interested...
here is a picture.,.. I will try to take better pictures of it if you are interested in it.
