Air cleaner cover

So it is time to get rid of the football. I have been looking at several possible choices. I like the classic look by the way. Anybody run these? What do you think?

No totally sure this one will work...I know you can run the evo covers on a stage one filter.

i like harleys classic round cover. it is very similar to those but it has the bar and shield on it

Take a look at HD smooth Air Cleaner Cover.

It has a cut out for improved air flow and the most classic look.

I too prefer the old school look so I went with the Joker on my '11 FXCWC. I wanted something on the smaller side that would still breath good.

I struggled with this decision on my X-Bones, too. After looking at countless photos of the 1947 Knucklehead, which I believe the Crossbones was supposed to resemble, I went with the HD classic smooth cover and matching horn cover. The 1947s had a nice mix of black, chrome, and polished aluminum. Many of them had black pipes and chrome AC covers. If that's the era you want in your bike, go with that.
