(1) If you are using O2 sensors get yourself some anti seize and put it on the threads.
(2) Some BLUE loctite on the mounting bolts might help ( not on the exhaust nuts)
(3) WIPE all finger prints of the pipes with windex before starting.
(4) More lubrication after your are done will also help. Now sit back and look at the job you just did and enjoy.

How old is the bike your puttin these on? how many miles? if newer and lower miles, the existing gaskets are probably still fine to reuse. Ive put on several pipes reusing my old ones, just dont crush em when tightening down.
