Hey, I have a 93 Fat Boy w/ mods. and can no longer ride it comfortably due to Maines lousy roads, back issues and terrible softail suspension. I've gotten to the point that I look for even the smallest bumps in road and stand. Feels like my spine is gonna pop out the top of my head on some bumps. Was actually thinking of selling bike and saw Shotgunshock air suspension, among many others. Has anyone put this setup on there bike(softail) or maybe a friend has? $ 1350. big coin but if I can ride again comfortably and enjoy it would be well worth it. Just want to ride painfree again. Thanks Big Fatty

It may not be the look you're going for but, have you thought about a spring seat? I've ridden a crossbones w/one and it was a wwwaaayyy softer ride than my bike.
How do you have your current suspension adjusted? Are you maxed out on the preload? I ride in Maine too and I agree the roads suck! It took me a couple of tries but I got mine dialed in well enough to make most of the roads passable.

I've tried different settings from one end to the other, nothing helps, still hoping for direct response from someone that uses Shotgunshock. Thanks
