If it's vehicle right, I'd say you were from Europe, or that I have no real theory. If it's vehicle left, it's most likely teh crown of teh road.
i agree sorta if you ride on left side of center then the right side of your tire will wear quicker.crown of road is only part of the picture the ruts worn into the road form car/truck tires will affect tire wear as i stated above..my buddy just replaced his front for same reason.here due to the amount of rain the crown is extreme and will wear a tire faster than in other areas.just my .02
....on my Lo....front tire started cupping at 10,000 miles. Maybe you are only looking at part of the tire....give er a good look ....if you are near tread life end wear...it may seem like its asymmetric....when its really cupping.
My brother and I both own 2000 softails, mine's a Heritage his a standard, both wear tires more on the right side front and rear. Only thing I can come up with is they are not balanced evenly, more weight on primary cain side of the cycle. Any other thoughts?
Ive got a nightrain with this problem, first front tyre had to be changed at 9,000 miles, the one i have on it now has 7,000 odd on it and is going the same way wearing on the right side,( thats looking at it as you sit on the bike ) tech at the dealership said it might be because of going around roundabouts which we have here in the U.K, which we drive round clockwise.
