$125 got me a DOT Bell500 shipped...It's damn near as low profile and would guarantee that it's made better. I personally can't see spending anything more than that for a novelty helmet unless its from backstreet buckets and has a slick custom paint job. To each his own.. as long as your happy who cares what we think though.

Thats strange.I would love to see pics of the nearly as low profile Bell you have.I had a Silver Flake Bell custom 500 in med .And It was not nearly as lo profile as this helmet. Not even close. Please post some pics when you get a chance. As far as better made ,not in my opinion.Safer yes because of the 1" of required safety foam to meet DOT standards. But the Joe King has a far nicer finish and materials. My opinion is based on personally owning both of these helmets, not speculation.I am not promoting nor do I work for Bell,Joe King or any other helmet manufacturer.Just calling how I see it based on tangible evidence.
Hey bud more power to you if you wanna spend that coin on a helmet like that. I could really care less about how low profile it is. Like I said its just my 2cents....

These helmets are pricey but worth the money IMO.If you thought about getting one.I don't think you will be disappointed with the quality once it arrives.
