The Deluxe already comes with the lower HD stand because of the factory lowered shocks. So no I didn't change the stand and it still has a good lean angle to it.
For less than $20 I will give it a try. I did find some similar lowering bolts on JP Cycles and Dennis Kirk and they want $100 for them! That just seems like a rip off for two bolts so I will try the eBay ones and see how it goes.
They appear to be very good quality on the sale page and Ghost seems to like them so we shall see...
I will say though I think the ones Dennis Kirk has, which are White Brothers do not require removing the stock bolts and pressing the new ones in. I think they attach on but not completely sure. It wasnt very clear. Anyway, to save $80, I will press these in.

Well, actually non of them press in. You have to use a press or something similar to disassemble the shocks. Unscrew the stock bolts and screw the new bolts on then reassemble the shocks. It might seem a little intimidating at first but it's actually an easy job.
I spent a little time last night and this morning installing the lowering bolts on my 2011 Deluxe. The new look is a big improvement. I have decided too go with
1 3/4" lower as that seems the best place for me for now. This cheap mod will have too work until I can scrape up the bones for a Shotgun Shock. I don't know of any speed bumps or steep drives that I need to go up or over so it should be good. Now I just need to get those damn ugly *** reflectors off of the fender.

Looks great! because the Deluxe is already aprox. 1" lower... is it still 1 3/4" lower or 3/4" lower than the stock Deluxe? Is there any chance of bottoming out on the inside of fender, 2 up?
It is 1 3/4" lower than the stock Deluxe height. I have the preload tightened up so it has not bottomed out. I don't think the wheel can hit the fender because of a rubber bumper that will keep it from coming in contact with the fender. I am sure it is there as a safety feature if you were to have a shock failure.
Legends Air Ride is crap, or did your installation suck?
Legends Air Ride is crap totally one problem after another after five months i removed it sent it back and they found a problem did not say what it was but it was nothing but headaches, i would not touch legends it they gave it to me after what they put me through . its all on the forum some where i had plenty of posts on it
