I am curious with the before and after numbers. It almost seems like it might have been a base line with the cams in as the before # and then after was after they spent time fine tuning every thing. The reason I say this is that 96 ft lbs sounds high for just stage 1 without cams. What are you using for fuel mgmt. SERT, PC-V, Thundermax?

Looks like you had really good results out of your stage 1 compared to a lot of people. Here is a link of another 204 with a 2-1 very similar to your post results.

Overall I think your numbers are good for no head work being done. What did the dealer say about the minimal difference?

Does the bike sound much different than before?

Sorry you got overcharged and sorry you were told you were going to get different results, but what you got is exactly what I would expect from the bolt on cam change. Too many times peeps are expecting that putting a cam in their motor will turn it into a rocket all by itself and unfortunately, that's not the case. The dealer should have been able to tell you this up front instead of promising you magic numbers.
