If there is fuel coming from under the console there is probably a leak in the gasket that seals the Fuel Pump mounting plate to the Fuel Tank. This should be very easy to identify simply by removing the one nut that holds the console on and observing the area around the aforementioned Fuel Pump mounting plate. Bring it to to Dealer with a full tank of gas as that should make the leak easier to see. There is also a fuel vapor fitting that is just in front of the Console, but is not underneath the Console. This goes to the Vapor Canister. I suppose that it is possible that this could be leaking, but I don't think you'd be complaining about fuel coming from out from underneath the Console. I'd be more inclined to think you'd be complaining about a fuel leak onto the right side of the steering head or the top of the front cylinder if this was the source.
As for the steering problems . . . I'd start with loose front axle or wheel bearings and move rapidly to steering head bearing torque and fall away. Some Dealers may try and claim that these are "Adjustments" and that adjustments are not covered under our warranty. I'd pitch a real serious fit if they try this BS on you with as little time as it sounds like you've got on the bike.
I laugh when I read posts like this. OP writes a tale of woe like the bike is falling apart. Then the lemon law crew chimes in. Each issue has a fix. If your dealer doesn't fix it take to an indy that can do warranty work. Why do you guys continue to pizz and moan about HD service dept's when there are indy's authorized to do the work? Granted, the service dept's should be able to do the work but reality proves different. There are way too many Harley riders out here these days that just cry about the bikes every time there's an issue. Either learn how to wrench on them, find a competent mech, or buy an import. You dont need a HD service dept to pop a few staples in a seat. You don't need a HD service dept to check your alignment, and align it. You don't need a HD service dept to change a gasket. The Harley wobble has been around for decades. Why buy a Harley, knowing about the issue, then complain.
