I leave for yellowstone/sturgis in a few weeks with absolutely zero confidence in this machine.
I told my salesman to ride it after their shop was done with it. We agreed that i would not pick it up until he was comfortable giving me a machine that lived up to Harley Davidson's qualtiy standards. We will see how that goes.
What did you do? Run into a curb? Check your fork alignment, rim truing, and re balance your front tire.
(about an hours work). Check for loose bulb in the socket / wire connection for the front fender lite. (15 mins).
Remove the tank, check high pressure fuel connection and fuel line routing etc, (about a hours work).
My advise. Stop crying to the dealer and fix it yourself, that way you known it done right, and you'll become friends with your bike. I talk nicely to my bikes, and thank them for getting me home safely. (works for me).

If he wants the dealer to work on it, he should be able to! It sounds as if he has a very viable claim towards lemon law, or at least mentioning it. Sorry to hear about your problems, and hope they will all be resolved.
Brand new bike with multiple problems. I'd have the dealer working on it too, if nothing else to have it on record in case more problems arise in a short period of time, it'll give you a history and more leverage for replacement.
I think I have a leaking shock, which appears to either have stopped leaking or ran dry, so I need to drop it off soon, and I'm only at 450 miles.
Sorry to hear of your issues, keep taking it back to the dealer, you have factory warranty. I have a 2010 and after 5k miles I have not had an issue. My wife has a 2009 and after 5k miles no issues. Hopefully the minor irrations will get taken care of....
