Default Cutomized Fatboy

I just ordered a 2006 Police Edition Fatboy and want to customize it. I found a pic of a Fatboy that I love and want to identify what has been done to it. I am aware of some of the mods but can not figure out the handlebars if you can help please leave a post thank you.

Hey there h60mec ... they are new bags for the "fat boy" from the moto company. They are small and open and lock from the top. Cheers

I picked up some of the same bags. My dealer hates Ebay!
I pictured them as small, but man aren't they convenient.
I dig the top opening and they're lockable.
Probably the greatest most convenient useful things I put on the bike and the part I can't stand to look at!
hehehe

If I'm not mistaken these are the bags on that bike (and mine)
Part# 53061-00A
Nice thing about them is the lid opens outward and stays open so you don't have to hold it open while loading / unloading.
They're pricey but I picked up a used pair relatively cheap.
