Mine doesnt have the fit n finish as others but its made from the toughest leather you can buy. Had a friend (Sayler Saddle Repair) make mine. 5" bag with an old belt buckle from a John Deere. I added the optional cup holder.

Stone, thats the same size bag I have. I just didnt use mine. I bought a Fork bag instead. It holds all the stuff that I need to carry. Like you said, any bigger and you might as well get Bags.

I emailed Leatherworks to see what they can do. My C&C seat is covered with Synthetic Ostrich. Leatherworks said they can overlay the Ostrich over their bag to match my seat. Their solo bag and tool bag would run around $140 higher than the LaRosa set. They also said their leather is is higher quality and heavier weight than LaRosa. The LaRosa set says it is made from Ostrich Design Leather, what ever that is. It maybe the same type overlay. I'll have to do some more research. One thing I don't like about the LaRosa bags is the face is black and the back is brown or a natural color. Kind of makes it look two-tone. Here's a link to the LaRosa set on ebay:
