They don't charge a restocking fee just have to pay shipping. Yeah that's where I got my Leather works 3" one from.

Highly recommended. made in the USA.
+1 on the Garage Leathers. I really like mine. I think the bike looks better with it on. I get people asking about it all the time. I highly recommend as well.

A friend of mine didn't want to spend the money on a Garage Leathers and got a BAD&G bag. It doesn't even hold a candle to the garage leathers bag. The leather on the garage leathers is much more substantial. MUCH more. And all I do it put on a coat of nikwax leather wax 3x a year. Last time I did that was in May, and today I got caught in a big downpour and left the bike outside at work in the rain for 2 hours. The water still was beading up. The leather is seriously thick. And I guess that's all I have to say about that.

Just installed my new Leatherworks 5" today... I have the upper-left strap going at an angle to wrap around the frame where it bends... is that normal or is the preferred method straight between the guard and frame??... just seemed too tight to get the straps between them.

Yea, didn't occur to me that some even remove the guards... I also like the idea of plastic zip-ties instead of the leather straps... would make the inside less "cluttered" I'd imagine.

yeah the inside is a little cluttered with the straps and buckles...but you get used to it. not like your gonna put your Sunday suit in there.

make sure you use tape on the frame to keep the bag and the straps from rubbing off the paint.

I used black electrical tape even though the MoCo supplies some kind of clear chit with the HD bag.

I was born in Brandywine Court (the neighborhood across from "Youth's Benefit Elementary")... moved to Bel Air in '78 and just moved back to Fallston about 5 years ago. I'm actually off of Hess Road.. the far end of Fallston down rt 152.. Only thing I don't like about Fallston is there's like NO grocery stores or Banks within like 15 to 20 miles... just a 7-11

Don't use the straps...hard mount it.

Here's what I did using Plexi-glas (someone elses idea) and simple hardware:
