Loosen the risers, set to the right position and the tighten again

my 2014 Fattie has the same issue. It seems that the forks are "twisted" a tad from being square with the handlebars. Don't bother to deal with the dealers on this. They don't have a clue. I took to an Independent and he said you would have to basically loosen up everything on the front end (forks, tree, fender, axle, etc.) and then bounce the front end which would eventually lined everything back up. then re-tighten keeping an eye to make sure it stays lined up as everything is re-torqued. I never did it but would like to!
