can you modify rush baffles?
Put some info in here about what Ur got!
What year is Ur bike,!!!
Is it carbed or FI.???? I can't read U mind.
Does Ur baffles have the packing on them.??
Have U even removed the baffles to see what they look like? Do U know if they've been altered already. or are they still like they came from the factory.
LOOK AT THIS PICTURE, Heres what there supposed to look like..

If U want the deep sound, changing out the baffles to the BCT's wont do it.. Those baffles will make Ur pipes loud but without the wrapping around the baffles U'll get a louder higher pitched raw header sound which is like a car running with the headers open..
The baffles that are wrapped will sound more like a car that has glasspac's on. Its a lot more deeper and mellow sound and still loud with the 1 3/4 or 2 inchers.
Then depending on what Ur bike is, If U change Ur pipes/baffles and U've got FI then U may need to remap or retune it./
Thats why we need to know more about what U've got.!!
From U post I can tell U don't have the money to buy new pipes, But by buying this and that, U could end up having more money in all the used stuff Ur buying and still end up with a bunch of Junk thats still not what U want.
This is one reason I really don't like giving advise on muffles and pipes.
I am not sure U even know what U want, Just seem to want it cheap. That's ok but I'd suggest U go to a bike meet or somewhere wheres there's a lot of bikes and park Ur A$$ down and listen to all the different Pipes...
Then when U see the one's U like or hear the sound U want. Then get up and ask the owner of the bike, WTF does He have...
We all have different needs of our pipes, some want quiet, some want obnoxious loud.
some long, some short. some love the 2-1's, some True Duals. some 2-2's even some like fishtails.
Thats why I kinda of laugh when someone ask what the Best pipes for my bikes......
Have had my Rush for 5yrs. 2'' baffles, love the sound. Among the best IMO for the deepest and mellow sounding mufflers. Mild at a steady speed but they'll rattle the windows when U get on it..
Just last week. I called a Tech at Rush, my baffles had a lot of the wrapping that's burnt off (I checked them). They were getting louder, I knew I'd have to re-wrap them to regain the mellow and deep sound.
So Even after 33k They're sending me new wrapping, ("FREE" can't beat that for service)
There not the best performance makers, There slip-ons so don't except them to be. But I 've never had anyone not like the sound.
Have had a bunch ask me what they were. because they liked them.
Heres what the 2'' baffles sounds like/

Here what the 1 3/4' baffles sounds like

Now does Ur pipes sound anything like these??? if Not all U need is new baffles, they come wrapped.
U can ask their tech if U talk to them, but last yr they now recommend getting the 1 3/4 inch if U don't have cam's. the 2''er work good if U have cams, reason for the 1 3/4er is to help keep more back pressure for a little better low end Tq on stock engines ...
