From what I've read in past threads that was correct, but today that's what you can expect from Ride Wright. If you read through the most recent threads you'll find many more negative issues with Ride Wrights in both, incorrect fitment issues & poor customer service. At twice the price of DNA it's a no brainer as far as I'm concerned. Fortunately you didn't get screwed but many others have. Get what you pay for? Poor customer service and attitude when you want you purchase corrected? And yes, I know Sam has made good on "some" of their screw ups (which of course he should) for many of you. But many others got nothing but bad attitude. DNA is an awesome wheel at half the price. I just can't imagine why anybody would choose otherwise. Buying from either can be, and has been a bit of a crap shoot. Somehow the headaches seem less intense to me at have the price.

i can't say much about the customer service at DNA as I ordered my DNA's from my local indy...but what i can say is that i have no problems with my wheels, i'm running it tubeless with no problems. i considered ride wrights, but i got my DNA's with rotors and tires for less then the RW fat daddy's alone.

+1 Ride wright. Treated very good. Every year I would get a quote from Sam, always wanted these fat spokes. The last time he quoted me for wheels, pulley and rotors it was cheaper than the previous years by alot. I jumped on it and gave Sam my cc info immediately. When Sam emailed me back he said he mistakenly quoted me dealer pricing. I thought it was too good to be true but at the bottom of his email he had one word. "Enjoy"

Gotcha...well I can't say personally either way. I haven't received my ride wright's yet. However, when I went to order them, I was getting pricing on DNA's and ride wrights from various shops across the country. I called 6 total, Dr. Vtwin being one, and all but 1 had dropped DNA from being a vendor due to the issues they were having with wheels getting bent and their crap customer service. The reason I didn't go with DNA was partially due to that and they don't make a wheel like this.....

Never had Ride Wrights so I dont know anything about them but the price I do have DNA's and I dont know if their customer service is any good because I have never had to call them. Maybe that says enough. I got DNA Mammoth Fat spokes 18 in back and 21 up front and run tubless and have had zero problems.

I have RW's on order too. I wasn't exactly ecstatic with the quote, but if I'm spending big dollars on wheels, my mind is set on getting soft lip rims and I didn't see anyone other than RW and HDW doing fat spokes with soft lips. Those engraved ones are hot.
