Default rounded out lever screws

What have any of you done for rounded out lever screws? I tried removing them to adjust the angle of my clutch lever and now I'm screwed...bad pun! Can I use a drill and easy out to remove the screws? What size? Or do I have to re-tap the holes?

If I understand your situation, you did not use a torx bit to disassemble, and now the head points are round?
Sears has a kit to extract rounded heads, without drilling.

Or you can take a Dremmel and cut a notch in it as so you can get a flat blade screwdriver on it to back out.

Replace with allen head screws.

the screws are hex, not torx. I'll try the sears kit.

If you do have to drill. Use a reverse drill bit, make sure you drill dead center.
