What have any of you done for rounded out lever screws? I tried removing them to adjust the angle of my clutch lever and now I'm screwed...bad pun! Can I use a drill and easy out to remove the screws? What size? Or do I have to re-tap the holes?
If I understand your situation, you did not use a torx bit to disassemble, and now the head points are round?
Sears has a kit to extract rounded heads, without drilling.
Or you can take a Dremmel and cut a notch in it as so you can get a flat blade screwdriver on it to back out.
