I get a bit of popping, but not too bad. Try leaning out the 0 degree throttle setting, if you have a Power Commander.

BCT baffles will not usually create the deceleration popping but they will allow you to hear the popping that was there all along. So the basic questions are:
EFI or Carb?
If it's EFI then what fuel management are you using if any?
If it's a carb have you re-jetted?
What do you have for air intake?

Thanks all for the replies, I have an 06 fatboy EFI, no mapping and is stock with SE 2, I have started customizing it and thanks to this forum and its members all my mods and installs have been perfect, so do I really need a power commander to correct this or are there others routes I could take???

Answers in order of Ur ?'s.

Its mapped from the factory or it wouldn't run.

what is stock with SE-2?

No, if stock it doesn't need a PC.

Yes there's a bunch of other routes U could take.. BUT they all cost Money.

So U either live with it or get out the plastic or Check book..
