Default Rocker with apes

I completed the install of 14" Carlini Evil Apes on my 09 Rocker. The risers were 2" and had to extend all cables and wiring. Not to hard once I got into it. I also raised the tank 2" but found the bars are just barely hitting the tank when turned all the way to the side. I'm going to try installing 3 1/2" risers and see if that fixes it othewise I'm going to remove the tank lift. I do like the lines with the lift so hopefully the risers will work and not look to goofy. I wasnt sure I would like apes, but I have to tell you, it is as comfortable as could be, me being 5'8" and loosing ground every year. lol....

Nice. The tank lift really compliments the Rocker's styling as well.

Those look gr8 in black. Did you loose the front signals altogether? I kept mine in the stock location, pulling the wiring in the bars after extending. How much slack will you have on your wiring to extend the riser? The 1st time I did mine, I left the full 12", then later trimmed 4" off, and they were 2 short to go with a 3-1/2" riser. Best bet is to mock it up with the taller rider before taking everything apart, because even my clutch cable was too short for a taller riser.

Thanks Guys,
I completely removed the front signals, giving in that if it causes any problems as far as getting pulled over I will just buy some relocation brackets and mount them on the forks with little effort. I extended all of the cables 6" over, and used 8" over wiring. both are longer than needed, so the extra 1.5" should be no problem. I hadn't thought about removing the side reflectors, I may just do that, thanks for the suggestion.

kipd, DK Custom a sponsor here makes a 1.5 inch tank lift.

Might just be the needed clearance to not hit the tank full left or right turn.

Is your Front end 'kicked out' ?

As for the apes , No 21" front should go un-Aped .. I am getting my Apes back this winter, I do not care what the cops say

I do like the looks of the DK tank lift better than what I bought. Once I'm certain of the lift I need I'm going to get some. As far as the front end, it is not kicked out, still the stock rake.
