+1 even with the best primary oil, when it's cold those plates won't break free until the engine is running, and then it might still drag a bit.

It is hard to move because while you have pulled the lever in the clutch is a multiple wet type clutch and you are feeling the friction and viscosity of the oil between the plates. Next time the bike is warmed up just after ridding it pull the clutch in while in gear and it will move easer because the primary fluid is nice and hot.
my wife moves the same way.....when she is "hot" she moves "easier" and much more "responsive
