Finally had the vance and hines big shoot stagered put on the bike. I also had the bike re mapped for air cleaner too. Wow why did i wait? I dont want to get off and now i finally feel like i have an HD!!!. Thanks for the advice to everyone, now i need to pull the hard bags off and get a seat? Any advice i need something deeper
+1 on the intake and exhaust upgrade. I have the touring seat which I can ride all day and still be comfortable. I also have the low profile which I think is the Sundowner and can get about 40 minutes and need to take a break from *** burn. Thinking about sending to Mean city cycles for different padding for more comfort. Been researching them and only come up with positive results.
For a seat I would have to suggest Corbin! They can make you a custom seat as well as what they retail. I've ridden over 1000 miles in one day with out any issues what so ever and I got a bad back. Any long distance seat I get will be a Corbin for sure!

G'day. Your low profile wouldn't be a Sundowner - they are fatty's... it's probably a badlander?
I'm looking at getting a Danny Gray Butt Crack seat for the Fat Bob.... anyone tried these on their ride?
I'm just about to fit big shots, tuner, air too ... but with quiet baffles - will see if they are loud / beefy enough.... the standard exhaust measures 74db on the Ipad decibel meter ... way too quiet!!

Not sure what you are riding......I'm riding a 07 Fatboy with a 200mm rear tire and found it difficult to get a good, custom seat for that style bike (using the two hole fender mounts)......so I sent the seat off and had it modified and had the rear mounting bracket chrome plated.......I think it turned out pretty nice. One of the things I did to move my body back was I had the custom seat guy was not include the (original) leather skirt onto the new seat cover...........without that little extra width of leather/chrome on the skirt allows me to slide back on the seat a little farther.
