Would'nt mind a 1.5 lift on my Lo. But It I think my signals will be in the way. Going to have to relocate them some how. The 2011 Fatboy Lo has the front signals hard wired into the hand controls so I guess I will have to take apart the signals and extend the wires there then run them back through the bars.

When you get bored, here's how I measured..

Remove the console and let it hang down out of the way, remove the overflow tube from the upper-front part of the tank, and obviously remove the tank bolt from the front, and loosen the one in the rear.. take a measurement from the bottom of the overflow tube to the top of the backbone of the frame.. that's measurement 'A'..

okay, now lock your handlebars all the way to the left, then just pull the front of the tank up until the tank hits the turn signals.. remeasure from the bottom of the overflow tube to the top of the frame.. that's measurement B

if B - A is greater than 1.5", you can do the 1.5" lift just fine.. with the streetslammers installed, my measurement was like 1.6", and i was right, with the 1.5" lift installed, I have roughly a tenth of an inch between the bottom of the turnsignal and the top of the tank..and fully locked to the left, that's plenty of room..the right side has more room because of the throttle cables hitting before the turn signals

Thanks for the info Jim. I like how the lift opens up even more space around the cylinders. That combined with the coil relocate and removal of the seat post should help cool things down a little bit more.

Still getting at least 170 miles on a tank after the Stage II kit with a 3" lift.
